Which towns do you serve?
We are based in New Milford and serve Kent, Sherman, Roxbury, Southbury, Washington, New Preston, Litchfield, Warren, West Cornwall and surrounding towns, up to about an hour and a half away.
Do you work on second homes when the owners are away?
Yes. Most of our clients are second-home owners. We keep the property on a regular schedule and stay in touch by text or email.
Do you offer contracts or one-time jobs?
Both. Choose a seasonal or annual maintenance agreement, or book a one-time job. There is no minimum job size.
